Sun Sculpt

Sun Sculpt consists of 10-minute yoga warm-up, 40-minute of Sculpt (strength training exercises) and a 10-minute yoga cool down. This class will boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass. Increases strength, muscle mass and function; improves balance; greater resistance to illness and injury; burns up to 500 calories per class. Infrared heated class: 95-100 degrees.
